Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customers must inspect their order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. Your request must include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
Failure to report an issue within 3 days of delivery will result in the claim being denied. After this period, the item will be considered accepted and the responsibility of the customer.
