Shipping policy

Please allow 7–14 business days for order processing and shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates will be provided by the shipping carrier as the package moves through transit.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, all responsibility for delivery is transferred to the shipping carrier.

LosBrothersBrand is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delayed deliveries
  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

In the event of a delivery issue, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly using the information provided in the shipping confirmation email.
